We are an Australian, startup and all our orders ship via Australia Post with Tracking.

The Process
Customer places Order
Order is printed and packed on the next working day. Packing may take an extra day due to the volume of orders that are hand packed daily.
Order collected by delivery partner by 3pm.
Delivery Time Frame within Australia once collected by the delivery partner
• Express Post: 1-5 business days (depending on origin and destination)
• Standard Post: - 3-6 business days (depending on origin and destination)
International - We DO NOT ship out of Australia.
We highly recommend to add signature to your delivery.
Having a signature on delivery will help avoid a potential package loss.
Tracking numbers and carriers are provided to you. It is expected of you that you track your goods. You must notify us if your goods are not delivered within the estimated time frame.
Remember that we are sole-trader and people just like you, doing our best to assist. We will treat you with kindness and respect and ask that you do the same.
We will not refund an Item unless the post has deemed the parcel Lost in Transit. Only once the delivery partner has finalised the loss will we refund the item or provide a store credit.
Reasons for “Return to Sender”
- incorrect/incomplete address
- failure to pick up from your local post office within their time frame
If you have provided an incorrect or incomplete address, no refunds will be issued for any shipping costs.
