REFUND POLICY
If you would like to cancel your order there is a $10 Cancellation fee if you have placed your order and it has not yet been sent.
This fee is to cover fees we incur with every purchase.
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
NO REFUND OR STORE CREDIT FOR CHANGE OF MIND
The return shipping cost is not covered by the company.
Return shipping label is recommended to have tracking for proof of delivery.
Any returned item that is lost in shipment will not be refunded.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods such as flowers, Spray bottles, Salts, and custom products such as special orders or personalized items.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or change of mind.
